1. Terms of Service

1.1 Scope

These terms govern purchases of digital data products (CSV directories, market reports, custom research) from verifiedreachdata.com ("we", "us"), operated by VerifiedReach Data, an independent data-research desk.

1.2 Licence

You receive a perpetual, single-user, non-exclusive licence to the purchased files for internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly publish the data.

1.3 Acceptable use

Data is for legitimate B2B outreach to contacts in their professional capacity. Spam, harassment, or any unlawful use is prohibited and terminates the licence.

1.4 Data accuracy

Data is compiled from primary public sources with per-row source URLs. Fields that could not be verified ship empty rather than guessed. Contacts change roles over time; see the replacement guarantee in section 3.

1.5 Payment

Payments in USDT on the Tron network (TRC-20). Delivery begins once the on-chain transaction confirms. A PDF receipt is issued with every delivery.

2. Privacy

2.1 What we collect

Your order email address, product selected, transaction hash, and delivery log. No tracking pixels, no analytics cookies, no third-party trackers.

2.2 What we do NOT do

We do not sell or rent your data. We do not share order data with third parties except as required by law.

2.3 Retention

Order records are kept for accounting and dispute resolution for up to 24 months, then deleted.

3. Refund & Replacement Policy

3.1 Non-delivery refund

If your payment is confirmed on-chain but files are not delivered within 24 hours, you receive a 100% refund in USDT or a re-delivery, at your choice. Refunds are possible and honored — see 3.4.

3.2 30-day hard-bounce replacement guarantee

If any purchased row's email hard-bounces within 30 days of delivery, email sales@verifiedreachdata.com with the bounced rows and we replace them with equivalent verified contacts at no charge.

3.3 How to request

Email sales@verifiedreachdata.com from your order email with subject "Replacement" or "Refund" and your order ID. Handled within 2 business days.

3.4 How refunds are paid

Refunds are sent in USDT (TRC-20) to the wallet that made the payment, or to a wallet you nominate — your choice. Because you paid on-chain, you keep the proof of refund on-chain too.
