Who actually buys in Gulf oil and gas?
We spent September 2026 mapping 109 operators, service companies, EPC contractors and logistics providers across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait and Oman — every row verified against a primary public source. This free digest publishes the aggregate picture. The per-company dataset (emails, phones, tender portals) is available in the directory.
By country
| Country | Companies | |
|---|---|---|
| UAE | 40 | |
| Saudi Arabia | 32 | |
| Qatar | 13 | |
| Kuwait | 12 | |
| Oman | 12 |
By sector
Sector tags use the directory's own classification: operator / service / EPC / logistics / petrochemicals.
| Sector | Companies | |
|---|---|---|
| EPC | 31 | |
| Service | 30 | |
| Operator | 25 | |
| Logistics | 14 | |
| Petrochemicals | 9 |
Where they cluster
City concentration across the 109 mapped companies: Abu Dhabi (23), Al Khobar (17), Dubai (14), Doha (13), Muscat (11), Kuwait City (8), Jubail (6), Ahmadi (4).
Reading: procurement activity in the GCC is heavily hubbed — three Saudi/UAE cities alone account for 54 of 109 companies. If your outreach plan treats the Gulf as one market, you are spreading thin where density matters.
What the full directory adds
Per company, the paid dataset (109 rows × 10 fields) includes: website, tender-portal URL, verified procurement email (35 rows), direct phone (53 rows), sector/country/city tags and a source URL on 92 of 109 rows — plus a notes field for procurement quirks captured during verification.

How this was built
Primary research from official public sources only: corporate websites, supplier-portal pages and published contact directories of the companies themselves. No gated-platform scraping.
